Description
Large Antique Masons Hydra Jug. Mid 19th Century. The octagonal body with a waved rim, and broad spout, above an octagonal faceted bowl, raised on a small foot rim. The jug with painted hydra handle, the body and inside of the rim decorated with flowers and blooms amongst which butterflies move, ‘Masons Patent Ironstone China’ mark with crown and draped panel. Height 27 cm.
